Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
Do you provide tracking?+
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if that information was provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Where do you ship?+
Santana Supplies currently ships to the locations available at checkout. If your address is accepted during checkout, we are able to ship to you.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?+
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, mailroom, or with nearby neighbors.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Santana Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you review the situation.
What if my package is delayed?+
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking the tracking link for the most current updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Which items cannot be returned?+
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain barber tools and accessories may not be eligible for return once used, opened, or handled in a way that affects resale condition.
Non-returnable items may include: used barber tools; opened or used blades; items with signs of wear; damaged items caused by customer use; products missing original packaging; final sale or clearance items.
Do you accept returns on clippers, trimmers, or barber tools?+
Unused barber tools may be eligible for return if they are in original condition and packaging.
Used tools cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed issue with the product upon arrival.
Do you offer exchanges?+
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If you ordered the wrong item or would like a different product, contact us as soon as possible.
If the item is unused and eligible, we may help arrange an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the issue and help determine the next step.
Who pays return shipping?+
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Santana Supplies.
How long does a refund take?+
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Order Questions
Can I cancel my order?+
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and would need to go through the return process if eligible.
Can I change my shipping address?+
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately with the correct address.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed, but we will do our best to help before the package is shipped.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?+
Please contact us right away. Santana Supplies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If the package is returned to us, we may be able to reship it after the customer covers the additional shipping cost.

Store items in a clean, dry area; keep tools away from excess moisture; wipe down accessories regularly; do not force, bend, or misuse product parts; and follow any product-specific care instructions when provided.

Do your products come with a warranty?+
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product.
If you believe your item has a defect or issue, contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. We will review the situation and help determine the best next step.
