Santana Supplies Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Santana Supplies. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened barber tools, clippers, trimmers, shavers, razors, blades, hair products, enhancement products, liquids, sprays, gels, and other personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos or video of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, promotional final-sale items, gift cards, and products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
